Battle Rules and Notices Empty
PostSubject: Battle Rules and Notices   Battle Rules and Notices EmptyTue Jul 12, 2011 2:39 pm

If there is a debate on who won the fight please feel free to have an admin judge. No Metagaming/Powerplaying/Godmodding, we all know what these are. If you have questions, ask an administrator for assistance.

All topics can allow for death, there is no invisible hand to protect your character.

There is a 72 hour time period in which somebody may post to defend themselves unless notifying ther opponent of an absence, otherwise you may call the hit.

This is a list of things that you CAN NOT do during a battle:
1) State that you hit opponent in your post with any move or technique. Doing so is God Modding. They will decide if they get hit. However, if they have ignored a direct attack of yours then you will be able to call your hit on them.
2) Claiming you avoided getting hit without a logical or feasible reasoning behind it. Evasion and defence must be as carefully done as any attack and must be explainable. If you can not explain the logic of your action you are God Modding. Constant dodging, even by means of predictive abilities is also considered God Modding.
3) Never state the actions of another person. It is fine to exploit there own actions if the thread allows but never to control those of another especially an opponent. You can not for instance claim your opponent ran to your left unless you opponent actually stated that previously.

Posting techniques, weapons, etc. you do not have, or using the ones you have inappropriately or in a manner not implied or stated in the description, in a topic is not permitted. Furthermore if used to avoid death or to make something more powerful than it truely is then you will be considered to have God Modded

You must place your Technique or Custom Transformation template under each post you use the attack in, this way it saves time rather than having to look up which ability was used and what exactly it does. The following template to do so is below:
Code:
[spoiler=Techniques used] [/spoiler]

Certain Main Special Characteristics allow characters advantages over others.

For example:

A fighter with Ki as their Main against somebody with Hand-to-Hand combat would win in a clash of energy blasts by overpowering the other person's natural Ki. However, they are more likely to lose in a hyper speed brawl moment. This only applies to those with equal Ranks.

Ranks that are separated also play a key component in these encounters.

For example:

A Skilled-Rank person who has Swordsmanship as their Main vs. an opponent who is Professional Rank who has Swordsmanship as their Sub would be equal in combat using swords.
